Macadamia Nut White Wine Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, toasted and ground

Method

Combine sugar, egg yolks and wine in top of a double saucepan over hot water. Beat the mixture with a whisk until it is smooth and thick. Stir in the ground macadamias. 

Serve with ice cream.
