Sale of Products
All prices include GST and are in Australian dollars. Shipping is calculated in your shopping cart. Images are for example only. All prices are subject to change without notice. If there is any discrepancy between the prices shown here and those shown in our stores, the price shown here is the correct price for ordering products through our online store.
Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed and shipped via Australia Post or in special circumstances via courier, within 5 working days. Delivery time depends on order destination. For delivery to major capital cities on the East Coast and their surrounding areas, please allow 2 - 4 working days from date of payment processed. For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1 - 3 days. Our shipping arrangements cover all places within Australia only.
Customer Service Policy
Customers will be advised within 2 working days if goods ordered are not available or delayed in processed.
Returns
Goods will be accepted as returned in the case of:
- order discrepancies, in which case the customer must notify Suncoast Gold Macadamia\'s (Aust) Ltd within 10 working days of delivery; or
- where quality of goods is unacceptable.
Food Warning Statement
Every care is taken to ensure products are delivered in good condition. Suncoast Gold Macadamia\'s cannot be held responsible for damage of any kind, whilst in transit.
Optimum temperature for chocolate storage is 15-22ยบ C.
